- Returns are accepted for 30 days with receipt.

- All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee with freight charges.

- Returns are NOT guaranteed. If the item cannot be resold as new, it can't be returned.

- If an order falls under Special Order*, the sale is considered final unless AZ Casters and the Vendor agree to an RMA.

What qualifies as a Special Order?   

Any item not part of our regular stock, or the order quantity exceeds our re-order amount. 

- Any orders that require customization are final & cannot be returned.

- If an order falls under a Special Order, the sales are considered FINAL unless AZ Casters and the Vendor agree to an RMA.

- Special Order Return Fees Include a 30% Vendor Fee & freight out charges

- Non-Inventory items require a payment up front or a Purchase Order

- Orders that are a non-inventory item, exceed the stock on hand, or require customization will require payment at the time of ordering.

- PO must be emailed and must be established with terms

Unfortunately, we are seeing an increase in shipping times. Please allow 3-4 weeks.

- Online orders that have been placed are required to be picked up within 7 business days, unless otherwise arranged.

- Be mindful of store hours.
